Previous successes: This business is almost 30 years and this is a family business that I have taken over. I am a Chef and I also manage the restaurant, I create the menu and the recipes. I put my love, care and compassion into the work I do.
Personal Interests:- I am a Spiritual Practitioner and I do meditation. I am also Vegan.
How you got into your field:- Took over family business from my parents.
Years of Experience: 22 years of experience.
I have dedicated over 22 years to perfecting my craft as a chef and manager, creating menus and recipes infused with love, care, and compassion. This business, which I have proudly taken over from my parents, has been a family venture for nearly 30 years. My role here is not just professional; it is deeply personal, as I am both a spiritual practitioner and a vegan, which aligns perfectly with the ethos of Golden Lotus.
